3. Products — Research Use Only

All products sold by Chemnex are supplied strictly for laboratory, analytical, and research purposes only. They are not for human or animal consumption, medical, diagnostic, household, or any in-vivo use. By purchasing, you accept full responsibility for the lawful and safe handling, storage, use, and disposal of all products. See our Disclaimer for full details.

4. Account Registration

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

5. Orders and Acceptance

Each order you place is an offer to purchase. All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any order at our sole discretion — for example, where a product is unavailable, where we suspect fraud, or where an order may breach applicable law. If we cancel an order for which you have already paid, we will issue a refund or reshipment.

6. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated and are subject to change without notice. Payment must be received and confirmed in full before an order is processed and shipped. We accept:

• Cryptocurrency — Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), and USDT (preferred for speed and privacy)
• Bank / Wire Transfer
• Western Union and MoneyGram

Payment instructions are provided at checkout. We do not store full card or bank credentials on our servers. You are responsible for any transaction, network, or transfer fees charged by your payment provider.

7. Shipping and Delivery

We ship discreetly worldwide using plain, unmarked, stealth packaging. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and on our Delivery page; these are estimates, not guarantees. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier, but our reshipment guarantee (Section 8) protects qualifying orders. You are responsible for providing a correct, complete delivery address and for any local import rules that apply to you.

8. Reshipments, Returns & Refunds

• Lost or seized in transit: Qualifying orders that do not arrive are eligible for a one-time free reshipment, subject to our review.
• Damaged or incorrect items: Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
• General returns: Due to the nature of research chemicals, opened or used products cannot be returned. Unopened products in original condition may be eligible for return at our discretion.

9. Customer Responsibilities & Legal Compliance

You are solely responsible for ensuring that the purchase, importation, possession, and use of any product is lawful in your jurisdiction. You agree to comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws and regulations, including import/export controls. Chemnex is not responsible for orders that are refused, detained, or seized by customs or other authorities.

10. Prohibited Uses

You may not use our products or website to: (a) consume or administer products to any human or animal; (b) manufacture illegal substances or weapons; (c) resell products unlawfully; (d) violate any law or regulation; or (e) interfere with the security or operation of our website.

11. Intellectual Property

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Chemnex and its suppliers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for loss of profits or data, arising from your use or inability to use our products or website. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Chemnex, its officers, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your misuse of our products, your violation of these Terms, or your breach of any applicable law.

15. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in that state for the resolution of any dispute.

We may revise these Terms at any time without prior notice. The "Last updated" date reflects the most recent revision. Your continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
